Seoza is a subscription software platform for SEO analysis, AI-assisted content, advertising planning, visibility tracking, social content and digital growth workflows.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
• You must not use Seoza for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, malware, scraping, security attacks or infringement of third-party rights.
• You are responsible for your prompts, inputs, generated outputs and how you use them.
• AI outputs may be inaccurate and should be reviewed before publication or commercial use.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to payment, billing, taxes, renewals, cancellations and refund handling: paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

Seoza, its software, documentation, interfaces and brand assets remain owned by Farabi Danışmanlık AŞ. You retain ownership of your inputs and outputs, and grant us a limited right to host and process them solely to provide the service.

The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, fraud or security risk, repeated misuse, or serious policy violations.

Seoza does not guarantee search rankings, advertising results, traffic or revenue. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages.
