This Refund Policy applies to Seoza subscriptions sold for Farabi Danışmanlık AŞ through Paddle.
1. 14-Day Refund Period
If you are not satisfied with your first purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the order date.
2. How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. You can request a refund through paddle.net or by contacting destek@seoza.co with your account email.
3. Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times may vary.
4. Renewals and Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription so it does not renew again. Access normally continues until the end of the current billing period.
